Guiding Principles
Our founder, Tedd Alexander, named the firm Credo to communicate to all stakeholders the intent to build a professional organization, not an organization built around a professional. Deriving from the Latin word credo, which means “to believe in”, our name was deliberately chosen to emphasize how fundamental it is to our mission to earn the confidence of our clients. We believe the process of earning that confidence begins with a system of values which defines our character and culture. The set of enduring values: service, integrity, excellence and teamwork, are shared convictions that we all bring to our professional and personal conduct – they have been at the core of Credo Capital since inception.
